If you accidentally order the wrong goal on any of our templates, you are responsible for buying the template with the desired goal selected. We offer no refunds or exchanges whatsoever on the templates.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled coaching call, for any reason, you are responsible for buying a new session. We offer no refunds or exchanges whatsoever on the coaching calls.
We are always striving to improve the quality of our products. Periodically, that means we will release newer and improved versions of the templates. Purchasing a prior version of the templates does not result in receiving an updated version. This requires an additional purchase.
